With masses of experience being an independent company, we can use OEM parts, quality replacements or performance upgrades. The decision is yours, provided the right science.

Local Pickup Service from just £30

We provide a local pickup service from just £30 in our van. For further distances, please contact us to enquire on a price. We also provide delivery if required.

We have invested thousands of pounds in special tools and diagnostic equipment. With years of experience going back to carb bikes from the 70s onwards to modern fuel injected bikes, we will get your bike fixed for you.

We like to walk people through the mine field of tyres as there are so many different types all doing the same job with subtle differences. With our experience of track racing and all year riding, we try to match you with the right tyres for your bike and budget.

Chassis & Brake Checks

  • Brake callipers removed and cleaned
  • Brake pistons degreased
  • Hydraulic Brake Fluid System inspected

    topped up or replaced as required

  • Control cables, levers and pivots (throttle, clutch, brakes)

    cleaned and lubricated

  • Adjustment of throttle and clutch
  • Battery electrolyte level checked and topped up as required
  • Steering play and race bearing kit

    examined for any looseness and adjusted as necessary

    inspected and checked for operation

Range of Diagnostic Services

At MotoTweeks, we use various state of the art technologies to run data analysis and diagnostics. Aiding your bike to reach its optimum performance whether for the track or for the road.

TEXA Tool Diagnostics

Virtually all new bikes come fitted with fuel injection with one or several ECUs which need accessing for general service work. A diagnostic tool is now an essential service tool. Many bikes’ electronics systems include CAN bus networks which integrate individual electronic systems such as ABS, fuel-injection, electronic suspension, tyre pressure monitor, instrumentation, immobiliser, MSC, traction control can all have individual ECUs – even scooter manufacturers use CAN systems now.

Here at MotoTweeks, we use cutting edge technology from TEXA to read and erase error messages, check system parameters, reset service warning lights, adjust fuelling, perform active tests and much more.

Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner

Has your bike been standing for some time? If the fuel has gone off in the carbs the bike will not run properly and you can waste countless hours manually cleaning the carbs only to find there is still a blockage when you refit them.

We have Ultrasonic cleaners and ultrasonic cleaning solutions in-house used for a wide range of applications to remove virtually any soil or contamination by using the power of cavitation action.

In addition to plain old “dirt” they remove varnish, gums and other contaminants that deposit on a carburetor’s exterior and interior parts over time.

Injector Tester Cleaning Machine

Here at MotoTweeks, we have an advance electromechanical product which can test injectors by simulating engine working conditions. It can also perform cleaning on the injectors and fuel supply system on your motorbike. Our machine can run ultrasonic cleaning to perform simultaneous cleaning on several injectors and to remove the carbon deposits on the injector completely. We are also able to run a number of tests such as:

  • Uniformity/Sprayability Test
  • Leakage Test
  • Injecting Flow Test
  • Automatic Tests

Picoscope Oscilloscope

We have a powerful diagnostic tool used to display and analyze the waveform of electronic signals. In effect, the device draws a graph of the instantaneous signal voltage as a function of time. We can use our oscilloscopes for looking at all kinds of signals. We can test virtually all of the electrical and electronic components and circuits in any modern motorbikes including:

  • Ignition
  • Injectors
  • Starter and charging circuits
  • Batteries, alternators and starter motors
  • ABS, Electronic Suspension, Immobiliser
  • Electronic throttle control, etc.
